Rhubarb & Ginger Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin - click here to buy.
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water - click here to buy.
  • Garnish: Orange Slices

METHOD

Take a highball glass and fill with cubed ice. Pour all ingredients into the glass and give it a quick stir to infuse. Add your garnish, sit back and enjoy.
