Cragganmore 1995 25 Year Old Sherry Cask Aged Hunter Laing's Old and Rare Whisky 700ml

A rare example of independently bottled Cragganmore, brought to you by the good people at Hunter Laing. After more than 25 years relaxing in a single sherry butt, this mature old Speysider has built up intense aromas of stewed fruit, prunes and salted caramel. This release is limited to 298 bottles at natural cask strength.

This burnished gold coloured whisky has a deep, rich sweet nose of treacle, dried fruits and butterscotch. On the palate it is full bodied with a slight tongue prickle alongside stewed prunes and sultanas, all leading to a long, satisfying finish with a fruity aftertaste.
