Tasting Note
Nose: Brandy butter, chocolate gateau, robust cinnamon and honeycomb.
Palate: Layers of honey, tobacco and strawberry jam. Underlying warmth of yet more cinnamon and now clove.
Finish: Very long, with peppery oak, orange peel and dark chocolate truffle
