This single cask bottling from Hunter Laing?s Old Malt Cask range is distilled at Blair Athol distillery in March 1995. This is a 23 year old whisky matured in a sherry butt. On the nose hints of raspberries and liquorice are brought together with woody notes. The notes of red fruits are carried through to the palate which has a deep richness to it, as well as notes of malt and sherry.
