Bruichladdich 'Gordon & MacPhail' 1994 / 2016 56.2%
This independent bottling by Gordon & MacPhail of Bruichladdich was distilled prior to the distilleries closure in 1994. Bottled at natural cask strength, it has a fragrant honeyed sweetness with hints of vanilla & Sherry developing. The taste is complex with flavours of banana, apple and custard, complemented by a milk chocolate edge and a warming, rich oakiness on the finish.
