This whisky is testament to our belief that raw ingredients matter. Trickle distilled from 100% Scottish Barley the spirit gently matures in the lochside village of Port Charlotte before being bottled here at the distillery using Islay spring water."

Tasting Note

Nose: fruity (citruses), sweet peat, caramel, toffee, ash, earth, oranges, mango, hay, leather, needles, dry leaves, aromatic, mild, floral, vanilla, smoke, traces of rubber, pears, charred wood, iodine sea breeze, sand on the beach, tropical fruits wrapped in smoke.

Taste: delicate, fruity, ripe apple, oranges, then smoke, earth, ash, slightly spicy notes, vanilla, caramel, smoked malt, leather, wet ropes, some medicaments, bandages, iodine, licorice, a bit of salt, dry grass, lime, salty caramel, sea salt, hay.

Finish: long, malty, smoked barley, dry grass, oak, sweetness.
