Three years of recipe development have taken us on our own journey to create this gin. Packed with flavour and using a range of seasonal botanicals, along with a generous rate of juniper. This has led to a gin bursting with aromatic essential oils.

Like the Kea that adorns the label - this is our bold and cheeky expression of a London Dry gin. Given the choice to tone it down, or chill filter and remove some of the essential oils, we made the choice to release a proudly cloudy gin. We believe the haze (technically known as louche) gives our gin an extra dimension of mouthfeel and complexity.

Botanicals

A unique blend of thirteen botanicals, inspired by the finest ingredients from around the planet, and all chosen for their ability to be grown in New Zealand. We rely on selected growers from within New Zealand to provide us with exceptional raw ingredients. By using botanicals grown here in New Zealand, this helps us to keep our footprint small, and of course, supports the locals. Currently, all but one of our botanicals are grown here. This gives us traceability of our ingredients straight to your glass.
