Kilchoman '100% Islay' 9th Edition 700ml

Created by the Wills family at Rockside farm on Islay, this is the 9th edition of their 100% Islay series. Selected from a combination of refill ex-bourbon barrels, this whisky is crafted using traditional methods to produce Scotland's only single malt made from barley to bottle at a farm distillery. The nose is classic Kilchoman - bright with sweet & zingy citrus fruits and wild herbs, leading into notes of lemon tart, sea-spray and wafts of peat smoke on the palate, carried by a viscous texture. A whisky that emobidies the very spirit and origins of Islay and Scotch.
