This will be a great way to try 5 whiskies with no prior knowledge of price but also country of origin.

Plus a mystery 6th sample which may or may not be whisky.

Tasting Line-Up (30ml each):

1. 10-15yo from a single cask at 50%abv, a stunning dram with smell of almond pastries and buttered bread lead into a warm embrace of maple-drenched flapjacks and crushed cinnamon, unfolding into a spiced finish with whispers of ginger, orange peel, and apricot.

2. 10-15yo at 46%abv a winter’s night dessert in a glass, where pear drops, peaches, and treacle meet poached pears, vanilla, and dark chocolate, finishing with a whisper of mulled wine, orange, and spice.

3. 10-15yo from a single cask at cask strength presenting a vibrant medley of red berries, oak, and lime drifts through the nose, unveiling a layered palate of raisins, malt, and gentle spice, before fading into a whisper of green leaves and lingering warmth.

4. 10-15yo from a single cask at cask strength presenting a deep and indulgent aroma of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and a whisper of pepper leads into a rich, sherried palate, where honeyed heather and subtle minerals intertwine. The finish lingers, rustic and maritime, echoing the wild coast.

5. 25-30yo from a single cask at cask strength, a whisky of refined prestige, where vanilla, ripe pears, and nectarines weave through a creamy, honeyed palate, touched by mint, citrus, and delicate umami. The finish lingers with a whisper of minerality and fresh zest, a testament to its long and patient maturation.

6. 7-10yo presenting voluptuous notes of caramelized apple and sweet spices, complemented by a delicate touch of smokiness.
