Arran 17 Year Old 2023 Edition Whisky 700ml

This limited-edition single malt was matured in a combination of sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels, which have brough strong notes of sultanas and vanilla. While the single malts of Scotland’s western isles are often characterised as rugged and smoky, this unpeated dram is fruity and inviting with hints of fresh apple, cinnamon and almond. An excellent expression of the distillery character.

Nose: Apple peel, oak char, toasted almonds, cinnamon, and marmalade.

Palate: Orange peel, vanilla, nutmeg, butterscotch, orchard fruit, and blackberries.

Finish: Soft and creamy with Nutella and apple skins.
