Nose: Maltose, grain, juicy pear, grass, wheatgrass, whiff of peat and icing sugar.

Palate: Creamy sweetness, sencha green tea, grated nutmeg, light ashiness followed by a honeyed buttery note.

Finish: Medium, salivating, sweet sugar, lime and pepper.
