Warner's (formerly Warner Edwards) Lemon Balm gin is made using hand-picked botanicals from our Botanical Gardens on Falls Farm, which are distilled fresh within an hour of harvest. We are self-sufficient in our Lemon Balm Gin's three core botanicals: lemon balm, lemon verbena and lemon thyme.

Lemon Balm Gin is the first creation within the Botanical Garden range, made with Lemon Balm, a member of the mint family, also known by its Latin name, Melissa Officinalis. She produces a herbaceous explosion on the palate that is fresh and distinctive with a beautiful citrus and minty finish. Enjoy with tonic or in a cocktail.
