Wolfburn 'Batch 375' 46% 700ml

We are delighted to have on the shelves, Wofburn's third small batch release, limited to just 5,500 bottles worldwide.

Unpeated spirit has been matured for four years in a combination of half size first fill bourbon barrels (100 litres) and second fill Oloroso Sherry hogsheads.

It boasts a sweet and aromatic nose, really quite fruity with heather honey and apple blossom (we reckon even a wee hint of fizzy Irn Bru!) Creamy on the palate with rich vanilla caramel, dried apple and gooseberries all drizzled with sticky maple syrup.

More of that honey note develops on to a long lingering finish. A cracking new release from this hidden gem of a distillery.
