 Made from 100% malted New Zealand Barley in the Willowbank distillery, Dunedin. This whisky has been aging in American Oak, Ex-Bourbon barrels for 25 years.

The latest flagship release of the South Island Single Malt. Continuing the tradition of the multi-award-winning 18, 21, and 23 year old expressions, the new 25 year old will be sure to please.

Nose Fresh golden fruits, sea salt spray supported by a delicate grassy peat and a wisp of smoke. Notes of apple, orange and pomegranate evolve with time in the glass.
Taste Sweet fruits continue supported by the vanilla and oak from the barrel. Briefly passing peat followed by a cinnamon led spice with a hint of smoke.
Finish The malty sweetness finishes smoothly with a note of mint and softening spice
