 Hand-picked, crushed/destemmed, open-fermented, cultured yeast, 10 days on skins, matured in new French oak for 24 months. Uncompromisingly full-bodied, with fruits, tannins and oak all fighting for primacy, none winning. Has all the potential in the world, but needs a minimum of 10 years to really open up.
