1x Kaffir Lime Gin 250mL
1x Auckland Dry Gin 250mL
1x Strawberry and Rhubarb Gin 250mL
Auckland Dry Gin Dr Harris’s notes: To produce a punchy mid palette I was quite heavy with the juniper and liquorice root. Cardamon, cassia and pepper give a hint of spice. Angelica root is used to bind the flavours into a cohesive whole. A touch of orange to give the light citrus front. 42% abv
Kaffir Lime Gin Dr Harris’s Notes: Here I dialled back on the roots and bark to lighten up the palette. Kaffir leaves are extremely flavourful so we require very little in the gin to be the star. Kaffir can also have an intense heavy/woody flavour, to help offset this I added orange peel for a slightly more citrusy twist. 42% abv
Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin Dr Harris’s notes: Using my classic gin as a basis I infused real strawberry and rhubarb post distillation. The Strawberry was added to provide a hint of sweetness. Rhubarb was added to balance and provide the tartness I was looking for with the aim of creating my own twist on the classic pink gin. 42% abv
