A 2008 Deanston single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a single first-fill sherry butt for 13 years, before being bottled in March 2022 as part of its Cask Strength Collection.

Nose: Fruity, notes of nuts, dried fruit, raisins, plums, dates, leather, pickled cherries.

Taste: Rich, fruity, sweet, dried fruit, nuts, leather, oak, white pepper.

Finish: Long-lasting, yellow apple, tangerine peel.

Alc: 66.8% 

Only 700 bottles worldwide were produced of this fine liquid for us all to enjoy.
