The third batch of Glenallachie's limited-edition 10-year-old single malt has been matured for a decade, creating a rich, fruity character. Aromas of dark chocolate, raisins and heather honey fill the nose, followed by sweet spices and zesty orange peel. The palate balances orange peel, eucalyptus and heather honey with treacle, dark chocolate and cinnamon.
