We've taken our red wine barrel matured Single Malt whisky and finished it for a further 18 months in peated Scotch barrels from world renowned, Lagavulin Distillery. Celebrating the best of Australian curiosity and Scottish tradition, this one-off limited release showcases delicious notes of nectarine and charred pineapple with a touch of coastal peat.

Melbourne to Islay: Going Further for Flavour

Our team sourced barrels directly from Lagavulin Distillery, one of the oldest distilleries in Islay. Known for their iconic peated Single Malt Scotch whisky, they have garnered a passionate following from whisky enthusiasts worldwide. With a meticulous approach to craftsmanship, their rich and intensely smoky whisky captures that maritime influence to create a distinctive Islay malt.

Melding the tropical notes of our red wine barrel matured whisky with the rich and earthy coastal peat from the Lagavulin barrels

Nose / Yellow nectarine, touch of peat, pineapple, and a hint of iodine


Palate / Initially very tropical, char-grilled pineapple, black tea and a touch of brine


Finish / Drying ash, but follows through with tropical fruits and a touch of oak
