A 2009-vintage Guyanese rum from El Dorado's Single Still series, made using the Port Mourant double wooden pot still that was originally housed at Port Mourant distillery. The palate offers notes of fruity esters - pineapple, banana and mango - caramel and smoke that linger in the finish.
