Mark Reynier, also known as the owner of the Irish Waterford whisky distillery, is dedicated to applying his concept of terroir to rum production. Renegade rum distillery – located in Grenada, West Indies – is a playground where Single Farm Origin sugar canes are given a chance to shine. This expression uses cane sugar from Pearls farm and has been aged in a combination of French oak, virgin American oak and refill casks, creating notes of cinnamon oak spice and toffee.
