After 15 years maturation by independent bottlers Gordon and MacPhail in refill sherry casks, the aroma of this Linkwood is fresh and fragrant with delicate sherry influences. The palate is rich and sweet with a smooth and creamy texture developing a delicate spicy edge and a slight nutty character. Add a wee bit of water to release some warming peppery notes. A well-balanced and sweet whisky from one of Speyside's iconic distilleries.
