Edradour Distilled 2000 - 21 Year Old Oloroso Finish Whisky 700ml

A 2000 Edradour single malt that was matured for 21 years, including time spent finishing in ex-oloroso sherry oak, and bottled in 2022. Aromas of sugared-almonds, honey, apricot, apple, vanilla and heather fill the nose, complemented by notes of dates, marzipan, oranges, caramelised apples and oak throughout the palate.

Nose Chocolate orange, tropical fruit, mince pie filling, menthol cherry cough drops, and a smidge of salted caramel.

Palate More chocolatey notes, now with some aromatic spice, brown sugar, raisin, and waxy peels.

Finish Dried fruit and treacle tart.
