Tasting Notes by Ash Parmar:

Nose: Vanilla sweetness on nose with smoke. Hints of chocolate and herbs. Adding 2-3 drops of water brings out a mandarin character mingling with gentle smoke.

Palate: Really fruity and rich mingling with gentle smoke. Adding water calms the smoke and really lets the sweetness of malt shine.

Finish: Sweet and quite jammy with smoke on finish.

Pairing Suggestion: Dried fruits or Cheese
