Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are dying too young. The funds MOVEMBER FOUNDATION raise are taking on some of the biggest issues affecting men’s health.
This Caol Ila 13yo Single Cask was initially aged in an ex-bourbon Barrel. At our request The Single Cask re-racked the whisky into a re-fill PX Sherry Quarter Cask for further maturation. A one off unique release of just 135 bottles.
Nose: Peat to start, citrus and malt, and it’s followed by vanilla and honey.
Palate: Sweet malt, citrus and peat gets you first and it’s followed by honey and raisins sweetness.
Finish: The malt, lime, peat all carry through into a long finish
