The Single Cask Fernandes Rum 2009 10 Years Old (57% abv)

This rum was distilled in 2009 at Fernandes distillery in Trinidad (part of the Angostura group), matured for 10 years in a bourbon hogshead before being bottled at a navy strength of 57% in 2019.

Nose: Banana, mango, dark chocolate, vanilla and oak.  

Palate: Banana, vanilla, cane sugar, oak, mango, dark chocolate.  

Finish: Oak, banana, mango, dark chocolate, vanilla.
